Robert McKendrick, Bsc Hons (Geol), Msc D.I.C, Executive Chairman, 47

After graduating from Leicester University with a BSC in Geology Robert went on to graduate from Imperial College, London, with a Masters Degree in Petroleum Geology. Robert has spent several years as a Exploration Geologist in South Africa heading up a low grade Iron Ore project for ISCOR, the then state owned Iron and Steel company. Robert has also worked in the oil industry in both the Northern and Southern North Sea.

Robert is Chairman of several companies including Agri Capital - a successful farming investment company specialising in West Africa. Additionally, he has built from start-up a substantial and significant UK property portfolio with a high volume of properties in the London and Manchester areas. Robert is founder of the company and has funded all the company expenditure to date from his own resources.

Dr David Hargreaves, PhD, CEng, FGS, MIMMM, MRI (Director)

David is a mining engineer and geologist and has over 40 years of professional experience. He trained with the National Coal Board in the UK before heading the mining research team at James Capel
David a regular presenter to the UK All-Party Parliamentary Scientific Committee and publishes a weekly news letter A Week in Mining

Norman Lott Finance Director

Norman is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is the part-time finance director of ReGen Therapeutics Plc and various other public and private companies. Prior to taking up his present positions, Mr Lott was the finance director and deputy managing director of Tiger Books International Plc, financial controller of Mary Glasgow Publications and Parks Bookshops Limited (each part of Wolters Kluwer (UK) Plc). His previously appointed positions also include UK finance director of FTC Holdings Plc, finance director of Flowsave International and Graham & Trotman Limited, financial controller of Stromberg (UK) Limited and an assistant manager with Peat Marwick (HongKong)

Ibrahim Kargbo

Ibrahim is highly experiences in logistics and also as a local negotiator. His role will be to liaise with the local population.

Abdul Fawaz

Haj Fawaz is a highly experienced production and distribution expert with excellent contacts in Sierra Leone and in the local area in which Capital Mining operates. He is also the proprietor of a chain of retail outlets and general stores within the country and has considerable local knowledge.
